Access the Final Exam

​

- Check your laptop meets the recommended computer requirements.                                                                                                                

- Install Safe Exam Browser so you can access and run your Exam.

- Ensure your are able to access the Exam URL from Safe Exam Browser. If not, please speak to your local IT team.

- Check your laptop compatibility using our web based Hardware Check tool.

- Connect to the internet through your wifi or network cable

- The format of accessible files include Word, Excel and PDF, therefore:

1. Ensure to MS Office desktop software version installed to access word and excel documents for closed book exam.  Candidates should click “Enable Editing" on all Word and Excel documents before starting the exam using Safe Exam Browser).
   
2. Ensure to have Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader software installed to access PDF document.
   

- Close the following programs if they are running:

1. Aero Admin
   
2. Any Desk
   
3. Beam Your Screen
   
4. Blue Jeans
   
5. Google Chrome
   
6. Dropbox
   
7. Mozilla Firefox
   
8. Goto Meeting
   
9. Join Me    
   
10. Internet Explorer
    
11. Microsoft Edge
    
12. Mikogo Host
    
13. One Drive
    
14. Remote PC Desktop
    
15. RPC Suite
    
16. Skype
    
17. Snipping Tool
    
18. Teamviewer
    
19. VNC Viewer and Server
    
20. Zoom
    
21. any  other remote desktop and meeting software. 

Safe Exam Browser will warn and close the applications before you can access.  

Final Exam Access Instructions

Step 1: Watch the following tutorial video to the completion and follow the steps below:

Step 2: Download the Final Exam Installer ( See the Final Exam Instructions Email).

Step 3: Download the Final Exam Launch File ( See the Final Exam Instructions Email)

Step 3: Log in using the supplied Candidate Username (User ID) and Password and follow the prompts.

Step 4: In Dashboard, Click "View Exam" and then follow the prompts to start the exam.

Step 5: Should you need any academic or technical assistance, please feel free.

Step 5: Complete the Final Exam test.

Step 6: To exit the test once you’ve finished: if using Windows, press Ctrl + Q.or Use the Exit Option in the bottom right corner of the Safe Exam Browser.
